Special Education Advocacy Membership Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want the terms of your Special Education Advocacy Membership with The Hull Firm, LLC to be clear and easy to understand. Please review this policy before enrolling.

Six-Month Minimum Membership Commitment

All Special Education Advocacy Memberships require an initial six (6) month minimum commitment.

By enrolling, you agree to maintain your membership and pay the applicable membership fees for a minimum of six consecutive months. The six-month commitment applies regardless of how frequently you use the membership benefits, resources, consultations, or other services available under your selected plan.

After the initial six-month commitment has been completed, your membership will continue on a recurring basis according to your selected membership plan until canceled.

Membership Fees & Recurring Payments

Membership fees are automatically charged to the payment method on file according to the billing schedule selected at enrollment.

By enrolling, you authorize The Hull Firm, LLC to process these recurring payments throughout your six-month minimum commitment and thereafter until the membership is canceled in accordance with this policy.

Cancellation During the Initial Six Months

You may request cancellation at any time; however, cancellation during the initial six-month commitment does not eliminate your obligation to pay the remaining membership fees due during the six-month minimum term.

If you submit a cancellation request before completing the initial six-month commitment, your membership will be scheduled to end after your six-month commitment has been satisfied.

Cancellation After the Six-Month Commitment

After completing the initial six-month commitment, you may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges after the effective cancellation date. To avoid being charged for your next membership period, your cancellation request must be received before your next scheduled billing date.

Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits through the end of the membership period for which you have already paid.

Refunds

Because membership benefits, educational materials, resources, and member access are made available throughout the membership, membership payments are generally nonrefundable once charged.

Refunds or prorated credits will not ordinarily be provided for:

Membership benefits that were available but not used;
Failure to schedule or attend available membership consultations or meetings;
Failure to access membership resources or educational materials;
Partial months or other partial billing periods;
Cancellation after a scheduled payment has been processed; or
A member's decision that they no longer need or wish to use the membership.
Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or received a duplicate charge, please contact us promptly. We will review the account and correct verified billing errors as appropriate.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled membership payment cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again and/or request updated payment information.

Membership access may be suspended while an account has an outstanding balance. A failed payment does not cancel the membership or eliminate amounts due under the six-month minimum commitment.

Membership Is Not Legal Representation

Your Special Education Advocacy Membership provides access only to the educational, advocacy, and/or professional support specifically included in your selected membership plan.

Purchasing a membership does not retain The Hull Firm, LLC as your attorney, create an attorney-client relationship, or include legal representation unless you separately enter into a written legal services agreement with the Firm.

Membership fees are separate from legal fees, retainers, costs, or other amounts that may be required if you subsequently retain The Hull Firm, LLC for legal representation.

Exceptional Circumstances

The Hull Firm, LLC may review exceptional circumstances or billing concerns on a case-by-case basis. Any refund, credit, early termination, or other accommodation provided as an exception is discretionary and does not waive this policy or establish an obligation to provide the same exception in another matter.
